complimentary fly-swatter
The inspection had no surprises or major issues. Just a few really minor things, like I wish they upgraded the panel to 200 amps instead of just 100.... A few limbs are getting to close to the house/power lines, and some stucco is coming off the chimney (bricks underneath), but everything else checks out A-OK. Carrie and Corrie enjoyed spending the time at the house Saturday trying everything out. (Corrie's favorite parts were the stairs and the complimentary fly-swatter.)
Carrie is splicing a couple video clips together, so we'll have those soon :)
