girl talk

OK, so back to the Corrie posts :P
A few days ago, I was on the phone from internship and Carrie put our little girl on the phone for a minute. She used to just listen and say 'yess', but now she's talking up a storm. It went something like this:

Me: "Hi Corrie.."
Corrie: "Me go to the potty!"
Me: "You went to the potty?"
Corrie: "Yesh. Go eat marshmawwohs"
Me: "OK, go eat your marshmallow. I'll see you when I get home, OK?"
Corrie: "Yesh. Byyee"
Me: "Bye bye"

She has actually had better conversations with some of you, but you need an interpreter (mom or dad) to know what's she's saying :) It's hard to believe 2-years-old is almost here...

Part two:
Me: "Hi Corrie!"
Corrie: "Hi daddy..."
Me: "Where did you go?"
Corrie: "..."
Me: "Did you go see Shelly, and Lewis?"
Corrie: "Yess.."
Me: "What did you eat?"
Corrie: "PASHTAH!" (lasagna?)
Me: "You ate pasta!??"
Corrie: "Yesh"
Me: "What are you doing now?"
Corrie: "Talking phone with daddy"
Me: "And what else are you going to do?"
Corrie: "Go pay with mommy" (play)
Me: "OK, can you give the phone back to mommy?
Corrie: "Yess.. byyeee!"
