Springbreak part I

We began spring break with a girls weekend in Illinois.  We stayed at Homewood Suites which has a duck theme.  The staff gave out little rubber ducks to the girls at breakfast and a lot of the decor was ducks.  We watched Tangled the second night and all decided we were going to rename the hotel the Snuggly Duckling :)

When we came home Corrie set up "hotel" here.  Our rooms all had numbers and she gave us cards to use.  She even swiped me into the bathroom that day!

Springbreak

We have really enjoyed this week of springbreak!  I could really get used to no school and...

Overalls thanks to Grandma's fabric stash and Bernie's vintage aprons. Can't wait to take it out for a test drive this summer and see how it holds up! :)

Sometimes I'm not sure if the little piles and collections i find in the yard are from squirrels or the girls. We are looking forward to spring!

After Christmas Party

Corrie keeps talking about how she's going to have an 'After Christmas Party' and invite the whole school.  I don't know about that, but we probably should wrap up Christmas (*rimshot) before February gets here.  a few highlights...
